Building Description: The Construction, Equipping, and Commissioning of the G+4 National Reference Laboratory Complex (NRLC) with BSL-3 containment in Addis Ababa is a strategic health infrastructure project aimed at strengthening Ethiopia’s diagnostic and disease surveillance capacity. The project includes the construction of a modern laboratory complex with Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) facilities for handling high-risk infectious diseases, the procurement and installation of advanced laboratory equipment and systems, and the full commissioning of the facility to ensure safe and effective operation.
