Dr. Tegene Regassa Luba is Public Relations and Communications Executive officer at MOH and also Member of Parliament of the country Dr. Tegene Regassa has Doctorate of social Medicine and Health Management. For the last 5 years he was serving as director of public relations and communications at Ministry of Health.
He has great leadership contribution for the development of Health communication strategy, guidelines and protocols of information dissemination to emergencies including COVID 19 and for programs like HIV AIDS, TB, Malaria, Maternal and Child Health, EPI and so on…. In addition he established and leading Health Media forum, Federal and regional public relation, health communication network and hotline services.
He is also actively engaged in research and published research articles on international Journals.
