Mr. Solomon Ejigu is the finance executive officer of the Ministry of Health. He is responsible for the overall financial operations of the ministry. Mr. Solomon has worked for over 25 years in different financial management positions and has a bachelor's degree in accounting. Previously he worked as a director the finance and procurement directorate of the ministry and director the procurement, finance and Property admin directorate of the Amhara regional health bureau. He also served as a senior accountant, auditor, and as Head of revenue Authority at zonal and woreda level of the Amhara regional government. Prior to joining the government organizations he served as a finance &admin head at Ethio Agri-CEFT Company, which is a sister company of Medroc, for more than ten years.
