This year's World Health Assembly started today in Geneva, Switzerland with the theme "WHO at 75: Saving lives, driving health for all".


An Ethiopian delegation consisting of government officials and representatives of the private health sector is participating in the conference along with the Ethiopian Permanent Envoy in Geneva.

The 76th World Health Assembly, which started today, will continue for the next few days in Geneva, Switzerland, and various health and health-related issues will be presented in the assembly and side meetings attended by the member countries of the World Health Organization and other participants, and various resolutions will be presented and approved.

Before the start of the conference, a "Walk the Talk!" street race was held in Geneva; athletes, including Athlete Commander Derartu Tulu and other athletes, and celebrities participated and attended the race.
